The project’s overall purpose is to establish a long-term, cross-border network that accelerates the adoption of additive manufacturing in key sectors: health, energy, mobility, and defense. Its objectives are to align national capabilities, engage industry actors—especially SMEs—in collaborative innovation, and enhance regional preparedness through risk-informed AM adoption.
Guided by a rotating governance model and active industry involvement and engagement, the network ensures that strategic direction is grounded in real-world industrial needs. The result is a future-ready network of Nordic AM actors that strengthen sustainable manufacturing, Nordic competitiveness and industrial resilience.
