The goal of the initiative is to equip Nordic companies to meet the requirements of the AI Act by ensuring access to fit-for-purpose tools and support, while effectively building on national best practices.
The project's uniqueness lies in its innovative, service-oriented approach, creating a unified AI Act Implementation Network, leveraging national solutions and spreading the value across the Nordics. It will establish a structured, user-centric platform that actively integrates existing RegTech tools and best practices. This proactive neutral collaboration is crucial for driving sustainable growth, as it helps companies build trustworthy AI, turning the AI Act from a regulatory burden into a competitive advantage. By doing so, it strengthens the region's global brand as a leader in responsible technology.
The AI Act Implementation Network will significantly boost entrepreneurship by demystifying compliance and lowering the barrier to entry for SMEs and startups. These enterprises, which often lack dedicated legal resources, will gain access to the tools and guidance needed to innovate confidently and securely. Ultimately, this coordinated effort will enhance the overall competitiveness of Nordic-Baltic companies, equipping them with the clarity and agility needed to lead in the global AI market.
