Nordic Scaleup Awards is open to all Nordic scaleup companies who fulfill the eligibility criteria and who can demonstrate best-of-class business performance.

A modern scaleup emphasise sustainability, diverse and inclusive company culture and transition to a greener economy. By nominating your company, you can get high-level visibility and exposure in the Nordics!
Eligibility criteria
In order to be considered for the Nordic Scaleup Awards, the company must:
- Be registered in one of the Nordic countries
- Have an annual revenue at minimum of 2M€
- Have personnel of at least 10 people
- Have an annual growth figures of at least 20% in the past 3 years.
Evaluation criteria
The following evaluation creteria will be taken into consideration in the evaluation process.
Growth and Business excellence
• Evidence of growth mindset, a robust vision and strategy for sustainable long-term growth. Demonstration of a strong management team
• Evidence of commercial success and financial performance
Innovativeness
• Businesses which either offer a ground-breaking product, service or solution or evidence of how the business has disrupted the industry and/or market
Global reach
• The market size and potential. Overview of your global trade or global operations, including breakdown of countries you export to or work in. If applicable, evidence of how you are supporting ethical supply chains and global growth
Sustainability
• Evidence of your ESG policy and potential business benefits of your ESG policy
If applicable, evidence how the company is addressing one or more UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) at the core of the business or integrating SDGs into the business strategy
Company culture
• Evidence of activities which enhance ethical, socially responsible, diverse and inclusive company culture and how it has resulted in running the business
• Evidence of a strategic approach to Human Capital Management
The nomination is open until 6 March 2026.
Background
Nordic Scaleup Awards takes place during the Nordic Scaleup Summit in Stockholm. Nordic Scaleup Summit showcases Nordic success stories. The goal is to raise awareness about the importance of scaleups and find recipes for successfully scaling a business globally.
