This report provides an assessment of circular economy practices in the construction sector within the
Nordic countries, focusing particularly on selected pilot projects in Tampere and Stavanger, as well as the general status in Stockholm and Copenhagen. Via these pilot projects, the study aims to identify expertise, challenges, and opportunities for promoting circular economy principles, and provide recommendations for city-specific, national, and Nordic levels.
