Deadline for registration: 20. September!
The participants will be divided into teams that will discuss, draft, and develop virtual representations of marine industrial parks or similar installations that place different sea-based activities in the same place, at the same time.
The grand slam will be held in Reykjavík, Iceland, at three different locations:
- The Iceland Ocean Cluster House where ~65 startups and SMEs are located and collaborations have been successful fostered for blue economic growth by maritime industries.
- The HS Orka Resource Park, a site where there is cross-sector multi-use of renewable energy, aquaculture and carbon capture amongst other industries onsite providing relevant industries to the marine environment.
- The Iceland Eco Business Park which is a large-scale co-working space for the circular and green industries recently established by the Iceland Ocean Cluster which aims to foster resource and location sharing across a wide range of sectors.
