Nordic Innovation is a key player in the implementation of the Nordic cooperation program for business and innovation policy. The activities and operations of Nordic Innovation aim to create Nordic value with concrete results and visible effects for the Nordic countries. We are seeking a Senior Advisor who will be responsible for following up on result reporting measuring the value, impact, and outcomes of our many initiatives. You will work closely with the management of Nordic Innovation and participate in the management dialogue with the Secretariat of the Nordic Council of Ministers in Copenhagen. You will have the professional responsibility for the operational management of Nordic Innovation.
Your role as Senior Advisor of Operational Management
The work will consist of both strategic and operational elements. Examples of tasks may include developing strategies and programs, projects, establishing networks, creating announcements, managing evaluation processes, guiding and following up on projects. You will have close contact with external companies and organizations. It is important here to tailor communication to the target audience in a professional manner.
Your main tasks include:
- Develop methods, tools, and systems for monitoring and measuring results of Nordic Innovation
- Assist the management in the overall governance dialogue and reporting
- Assist project managers in establishing clear goals and performance indicators
- Follow up on projects and analyze results
- Responsible for training and guiding employees and project managers in goal-setting and management
- Communicate goals and results

Who are you?
To work effectively with us, you should have relevant experience from the public sector or the business world. We imagine that you have a background in areas such as:
- Experience with developing, establishing, and monitoring business management systems
- Experience with management dialogues in knowledge-intensive organizations
- Experience in communicating results
- Strong understanding of finance
- Proficiency in relevant ICT tools
You should have an academic background at a higher level, along with relevant work experience. We assume that you have good communication skills and that you can communicate fluently in at least one Scandinavian language in addition to English. You are cooperative, efficient, and thrive in a hectic environment.
