Beetroot tzatziki with fish, 2 persons
1 grated beetroot
0.5 cups of natural low-fat yoghurt
1 teaspoon of horseradish
Some salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients together.
Fried pike-perch
2 filets of pike-perch
Fried in oil with some salt and pepper.
0.5 cups of chanterelle mushrooms
Fried in oil with some salt.
Let it cool and serve!
